Communication within the Foundation is essential. All projects need to be kept abreast of what other projects are doing, through the use of bulletins, notice boards and memos. At the same time, people in each project need to be kept informed of the latest developments in the field. The Communications Team, working closely with the Information and Networking Teams, will be responsible for gathering and disseminating information about and for the various projects of the Latika Roy Foundation.
Specifically, this includes:

- Checking in every Friday with coordinators of each project for interesting new developments (new admissions, achievements, workshops, events, marriages, births! etc) and then circulating that in an attractive format to each project for posting on the bulletin board on the following Monday
- Setting up libraries in both the Resource Centre and the EIC, in consultation with the coordinators of all projects; highlighting new acquisitions to enhance staff interest and ensuring that book budgets are all spent in a timely manner; renewal of journals, etc.
- Creating a film library and holding regular screenings for staff (bi-monthly), including facilitating discussions afterwards
- Converting information on relevant topics into accessible formats for staff (e.g. Persons with Disabilities Act, National Trust provisions, concessions for people with disabilities) and disseminating to staff at regular intervals
- Circulating bulletins on relevant topics to all concerned staff (new policies on inclusion, for example, or new research on different disabilities, etc)
- In coordination with the Training Centre, maintaining a master list of all training materials and to procure any new material required
- Organizing and coordinating the annual lecture series (with the help of awareness campaign staff)
- Assisting Jo in the production and dissemination of the annual KV calendar (with the Networking Team)
- Assisting in the creation of media campaigns, brochures and pamphlets for awareness team to use
