There is a special family feeling at the Foundation. Once you’ve been part of it, you don’t want to leave. We have had people go to other cities only to return to Dehradun to rejoin us a few years later. Those who don’t come back to work manage to stay in touch through email, phone calls and visits. We know we have a place to stay in any city in the world where a Foundation person lives.
